Joining Project Confidante’s monthly Reflection Lab was the best decision! Prior to the session, I was feeling a bit lost, and Maureen’s guided meditation and activities helped me reset my state of mind, leaving me with a lot more clarity and motivation in my personal and professional development. While I got the relaxing yet energizing experience I was hoping for, I left with a refreshed spirit, ready to tackle my goals. Maureen is a wonderful coach and has helped me take my professional vision to the next level. January’s Reflection Lab helped me kick start 2022 with a fresh state of mind, that “aha!” feeling, and the desire to work on myself. For a small non-for-profit, fundraising is not only helpful but necessary. However, when you are a small shop with a tight budget it is often the first thing to be placed on the back burner- especially when you don’t have available resources to dedicate to this important but daunting task. With Maureen’s expertise, coaching and creative ideas, we were able to identify how to prioritize, plan and execute a fundraising event that fits our needs and resources and appeals to our friends. Juggling all that life brings is a challenge to say the least. There are responsibilities, obligations, sleeping, eating, parenting and all the invisible labor of being both a mother and a professional in the workplace. It took grieving the loss of my mother, a job loss and a divorce for me to finally make the decision that I wanted to live a life by design rather than to accept the status quo; however, I didn’t know how to take the necessary steps to restructure my life and discover my authentic self. It was the best decision I have made to hire Maureen Pagano as my project strategy coach to help me navigate the steps I needed to take to make my true desires become a reality. During the six sessions I worked with Maureen I was able to focus my efforts on my artistic pursuit which is what is near and dear to my heart. Maureen created a program designed just for me. She was able to challenge me in a nurturing way and break down the steps to articulate my thoughts onto paper then translate the thoughts into reality. The result was a month-long solo art installation of my work, seen by hundreds of people – which was a dream come true. Working with Maureen was exactly what I need to set me on my course to design a life of purpose and meaning.
